Mo and his contract.
There’s been lots of opinions discussed over Mo’s new contract, so I thought I’d highlight the debate by opening up the discussion with this article.
What is Mo Salah worth?
This is not my opinion it’s basically an open discussion for everyone to input their own personal thoughts.
I’ve got no idea what Mo was eating during the closed season but he’s come back better and stronger than we’ve ever seen him before.
Is it because he’s trying harder due to wanting a new contract?
Is it simply the fact he’s in the best form of his life through working hard and wanting to be the best?
My personal opinion will be reserved for the discussion we will have later.
Mo this season is by far the best player in World football and he deserves such recognition by being presented with the Ballon d’Or.

Does he deserve £500K a week?
Does he in actual fact want that kind of money?
Do you think a signing on fee and a wage of say £300/350k a week is better, the same or worse than a straight £500K per week contract?
He is 29, so should he have a 2 year extension?
A 3 or 4 year extension?
Again, this is for you to debate, to give your reasons for or against.
Do we sell up in the summer when his stock and transfer potential is so high?

There is no question Mo is the best player in the World at this time.
There is no doubt he’s one of the finest players we’ve ever had the honour to adorn the Red of Liverpool.
