Are dreams real?

Just a lil filler ( ramble ) until Stu gets his boots on for the match day thread tomorrow. Let’s face it, if Amorin can put a 63 year old tea thingy on the bench then we can for sure start our Stu. He’ll score a friggin hatrick. I’ll remind him to put his spectacles on so he can actually see his hatrick.

Anyfookingway, where was I? Oh yeah…..dreams..

I’ve been having some rather strange dreams lately. You know the kind, the ones you vaguely remember but you feel very disturbed when you wake up and try to remember what the actual fook it was and then you have the vivid dreams that you remember all of the content…..and I mean ALL of it in its entirety. I have those kinda dreams too but I can’t reveal them on a family site like this for obviously obvious reasons.

Sleeping dreams are one thing but woken dreams ( that’s dreams when one is awake, to clarify ) are rather special too. You can talk to a mate or anyone really to express your dream(s) in real time so that you can remember such dreams in the future, unless consumed by much beer, you might as well be asleep coz ya not gonna remember the friggin conversation in the morning. I think that’s how I got cajolled into marriage, I was ratted when she asked me n it took me 10 years to realise I was living in the wrong house…well, 12 years actually, which just shows how ratted I was……but I digress.

Dreams are to sleep for, unless those dreams become woken dreams that fill ya heart with joy….a bit like the time I thought I was dreaming about winning the league and a few other things too, such as the European Cup…. several times….but each time I thought I was dreaming the reality had shown me my dreams were not dreams at all.

From a child, a baby actually….. apparently I’ve always been a Red, I even bleed red so that proves it, right 🙄.

I’ll get to the point in a minute….honest.

Dreams……….

Our club is in a great place right now, dare we, do we, should we think about things? Do we transform our dreams into reality or do our dreams turn into nightmares ( sorry, I was thinking of the ex wife there. )

Who would have thunk it, as Jer says we’d be where we are in Arne’s first season? It’s like he’s always been here but the fact Jürgen built a formidable beast of a squad sure helped Slotty out a hell of a lot.

Klopp rebuilt this team in more ways than one. He instilled the term from doubters to believers and he signed some fantastic players for us to actually believe. The man will forever be a legend for what he has done for this club of ours and would have won a bucket load more if it wasn’t for CHEATS, CHEATING. But hey, Pep the master coach can’t coach his team so spent £120 million to attempt to fix the problem, the fraud.

Personally I noticed from almost the beginning of Slot’s tenure the similarities between Shanks and Paisley to Klopp and Slot. It’s early days and it could all go baps up but fook me twice on Sunday’s….three times if there’s not a match on….he’s doing a fine job so far n we’ve only spend £10 on a new kettle that the tea lady ( Agnes) has been demanding for the last four friggin years.

Liverpool FC, our Liverpool FC are in a good place right now and we can and are all dreaming….hoping our dreams become reality.
