For a change, we have another must win game. It seems that the “injuries” to Robbo and Elliott might not be too serious and we might also have Milly, Bobby, Konate and Jonesy back in contention for the first team. Though, it seems the game will come too soon for Gakpo to get his clearance through in time to play and even if it did, he won’t have had any training sessions and Klopp doesn’t play those who haven’t trained. I know people are hoping for a midfield signing in January, but I suspect if, as expected, Melo remains on target to return by end January then I don’t think we will sign anyone else.
