Well, well, England are in the last 16 of the bung cup. I know 🤷. But anyway, as a professional thread maker thingy I’ll be detached from personal opinion….because that’s what professional reporters do, right…. someone needs to email the Mail 😆.

Ok, sometime on Saturday, well I thought it was Saturday until Jock mentioned it’s on Sunday, za English will put their wits against Senegal. A country in West Africa, nicknamed the Lions of Teranga. The national team of Senegal was formed in 1960. I bet you didn’t know that, did ya…?

England and Senegal have never met before in competitive matches, probably never met before in any matches but here they are facing off for a place in the QF of the bung cup.

It should be a good…ish game with lots of controversy stuff that can only make us smile and enjoy the occasion, though I personally won’t be watching but I will be checking scores n shit coz I’m obsessed with prediction leagues, any friggin prediction League tbh. I know, it’s a illness that I bare, (or is it bear? I’ve never understood the English language. I’m Scouse not English after all ) every day, oh well.

Apparently Senegal are ranked the 18th best national team. England are 5th. Someone can’t add up obviously. Therefore it should be a walk in the park for the English but hey, it’s been a odd bung cup ( which I’ve not watched ) so anything can happen, I suppose.

By the end of the weekend Jock will be singing to that famous Scottish tune….yes sir I can boogie. Stu will piss off up the hill on his bike n I’ll drink some more beer coz I have the weekend off.
