In the gossip pages this week,

Zebedi has decided he doesn’t want the Liverpool job so thought the best way to be cast out of the potential reckoning is to make his current team look like shite. He’s playing a blinder there.

Wayne ( I bang grannies for fun ) Rooney has been taking language lessons in readiness for his short stay as a TNT Sports pundit. He’s not revealed which language he’s learning, well he did try to explain but nobody could understand the thick fooker.

Xavi has wondered what all the speculation is about linking him to the Liverpool job. I had to send my European correspondent to Barcelona to explain it’s not you ya thick fooker, it’s Xabi. He’s obviously been out for a pint and a granny fest with Rooney.

In other gossip,

John took his wife out for their 53rd wedding anniversary yesterday. Jerry said that’s a long time not thinking about football. The few hours that is not the 53 years…I think🤷. We hope your evening was fantastic Mr & Mrs. John. My sources say you only viewed sky sports news a couple of dozen times on your phone.
