Friday night music on 4KK.

I honestly can’t believe how quickly Friday’s come around. It only feels like a couple of days since I wrote the last FNM. I suppose as one becomes older the world turns faster, that’s how it feels anyway.

Music night is a staple of 4KK. When I first popped into here over three years ago, possibly four, I can’t actually remember,I suggested why not have a weekly music night on a LFC footy site? The 3 musketeers, DaBandit, Stu and Jock were like, ok let’s give it ago. Originally I posted it on a Saturday night, the Saturday night music roadshow, but by popular opinion it was moved to Friday, unless the lads were playing Friday night. Music night hit the ground running which was a bit of a surprise to be honest. A weekly music night on a footy site, who had heard of such a thing? Anyway years later it’s still filling your inbox on a Friday night. It will always be here for you amazing people to post music if you wish to.

A lil bit of music intertwined with a chat is a great way to enter the weekend, not that I personally see many weekends, but it’s still good to see you all posting your tunes and chatting about footy or anything else for that matter. 4KK is unique for its diverse articles and topics written and discussed by all of us. We have become family, a very close family which I hope remains the case for many years to come.
