Liverpool v Aston Villa

Match day 4 has arrived on the back of two wins and a sloppy draw. Even so it’s not been a bad start to the season. Our midfield overhaul is complete, with some fabulous additions that lowers our midfield average age from 102 to somewhere in the low to mid 20’s.

This afternoon we take on Aston Villa who themselves have had a pretty decent start to the season. Since they brought in Unai Emery ( distant cousin to Dick Emery, apparently) they’ve improved massively and ended up qualifying for Europe.

Founded in 1894 they are one of the oldest teams in the country. They’ve won the league 7 times, the European cup once back in 1981/82 season and a host of other trophies too. Their last trophy was the league cup back in 1996, which beats the BlueShite by a year.

It promises to be a fantastic battle, which doesn’t mean it will be, obviously.

Depending on how many we score we could actually end the day in 2nd place. We’d have to slaughter them by 4 clear goals for that to happen and be level on +7 with Spuds.

Expectations are high for this one, if our defence actually defend, which would be nice.

Another 3 PTS in the bag would be very much appreciated. We like to win, so let’s win it for the hell of it.

We are LIVERPOOL n Fook the rest!
