Liverpool vs Fulham
It’s Sunday, so it must be time for a bit of cottaging. Oops wrong website. Anyway, as I was saying, next up for Liverpool it’s the Lillywhites of Fulham. That sounds slightly dodgy too for some reason. The “Cottagers” and the “Lillywhites” are the two nicknames for Fulham. The cottagers after an office in the ground which looks like a cottage ( or so they say 😉 ) and the Lillywhites because they play in white.
I always think of Thunderbirds when I see or hear about Scott Parker. I think it’s a combination of the way he looks and moves and his name. Taking Scott from Scott Tracey (pictured below) and then Parker who is Lady Penelope’s Chauffeur. I have just realised though that Thunderbirds is a British thing so the rest of you will just have to google it if you can be bothered. 😉 In short though, it was a children’s TV adventure series produced by husband and wife team Hannah Barbara. It featured puppets controlled very jerkily by rods and was a regular series in the 60s. They also produced other very similar offerings like Stingray, Fireball XL5 and Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons.
With Kayak likely to be out the big question is whether Klopp will stick with Fab at CB or move him into midfield and play Davies. I would go with Davies but I don’t think Klopp feels he’s ready, so Team: Alisson. TAA, Phillips, Fab, Gini, Jones, Thiago, Mane, Firmino, Salah.
